We are looking for a Senior Global Learning Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris
You will drive the design and global deployment of priority capability academies, translating the Global Learning strategy into scalable, high-impact learning solutions that accelerate business performance.
You are the bridge between strategy and execution ; ensuring speed, quality, measurable skill uplift, and strong stakeholder alignment across markets and functions.
Your key missions
1. You will translate Strategy into High-Impact Academies
Design and deploy global capability academies aligned with enterprise skill priorities (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, AI & Data)
Convert business capability needs into modular, scalable learning architectures
Ensure consistency of learning standards while enabling local adaptation
Accelerate time-to-market for priority upskilling initiatives.
2. You will drive Learning Impact & Skill Uplift
Define clear skill outcomes and proficiency progression for each academy.
Establish impact measurement frameworks in partnership with Skill Impact & Portfolio governance.
Track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
Optimize portfolio performance based on data and ROI indicators.
3. You will orchestrate Learning Ecosystem & Innovation
Partner with Learning Hub (Degreed), Coursera, Easygenerator and other platforms to ensure seamless learner journeys.
Integrate AI-enabled solutions to enhance personalization, speed, and engagement.
Identify and test innovative formats (blended, experiential, cohort-based, AI-augmented).
Manage external partners to ensure quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
4. Content Strategy, Management & Optimization
Define content priorities in alignment with business capability needs and academy roadmaps.
Lead the creation and curation of high-value learning content in partnership with SMEs, external providers, and digital platforms.
Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with defined skill standards and proficiency levels.
Optimize content lifecycle management (creation, update, retirement) to maintain relevance and business impact.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content production, personalization, and continuous improvement.
Monitor content performance and usage analytics to refine formats, pathways, and learner engagement.
5. Stakeholder & Governance Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to Global Functions and P&O.
Facilitate skill prioritization discussions with business leaders.
Ensure governance, budget discipline, and portfolio clarity.
Contribute actively to enterprise-wide skills review processes.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or equivalent.
7+ years in L&D or Capability Development in a global environment.
Proven track record in designing and scaling global academies or enterprise programs.
Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Strong business acumen and strategic alignment mindset
Ability to convert ambiguous capability needs into structured learning solutions
Data-driven approach to measuring impact and ROI
Change management expertise in global matrix environments
Vendor and partner orchestration experience
Comfort working at the intersection of learning, skills, and technology
High execution rigor with strong prioritization discipline
