Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for an Internal Auditor Apprentice to join our teams!

The FORVIA Internal Audit Operations team is seeking an Internal Auditor Apprentice (M/F). This apprenticeship, based at the Group's headquarters in Nanterre, offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, learn internal audit methodology and develop a comprehensive understanding of the processes within a large group through audits of production sites, R&D centers, corporate headquarters, and cross-functional departments (e.g., Shared Service Centers, etc.).

You will work on challenges that matter.

Your responsibilities:

As a full-fledged member of the audit team your main tasks will include:

Administrative & Organizational Support

• Support document management, filing structures, and SharePoint/Teams organization
• Prepare standard correspondence, templates, and presentations

Data & Reporting Support

• Collect, structure, and update operational data (e.g., audit status lists, KPIs, dashboards)
• Help maintain reporting tools, trackers, and registers

Process & Quality Support

• Assist in documenting internal processes, guidelines, and workflows
• Support continuous improvement activities

Project Assistance

• Provide support to internal audit projects and initiatives
• Conduct basic research and background checks (e.g., on policies, audit methodology)

What You Will Learn

• Fundamentals of Internal Audit and Audit Operations
• How business processes are documented, managed, and improved
• Basics of data handling, reporting tools, and KPI monitoring
• Professional communication in an international corporate environment
• Safe handling of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Structured, quality-oriented, and reliable working methods

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master 1 or 2 Business or engineering student specializing in finance or auditing.
• Meticulous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, you are highly adaptable and enjoy working in a team.

• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to take on responsibility. o Culturally agile and entrepreneurial.

• Naturally positive and enthusiastic, you have strong interpersonal skills. o You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a third language or computer programming is a plus.
