Project Manager - Safety Security Environment H/F CMA CGM

The France HSE Department drives the company's Health, Safety, and Environment strategy to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.

It supports teams in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. It fosters a shared HSE culture based on both individual and collective responsibility.

Finally, it ensures that environmental and social challenges are fully integrated into operational and strategic decision-making.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager leverages strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills to produce and present reports on the Department's performance and results.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Performance

Monitor and manage the production of the Department's internal KPIs
Provide analytical insights on results
Ensure effective internal coordination and information flow

Projects

Track project progress
Coordinate project monitoring dashboards
Propose and update performance indicators to track programs, including construction projects

Communication

Collect and synthesize information to produce reports
Propose communication strategies and key messages to promote the Department's activities and services

Administrative

Provide support for the Department's operations
Assist management with organizational needs

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

Education level: Bachelor's / Master's degree
Background: Business school or equivalent
Project management skills
Excellent writing and analytical abilities
Proficiency in French and English
Strong command of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Interest in technical and HSE topics
Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player
Well-organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic attitude
