Key accountabilities :

• You will greet guests upon their arrival and departure from the facility,


• You will provide guests with any information they request during their stay at the facility.


• You will handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests (individuals or groups) in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures, ensuring exemplary service and attentiveness.
