YOUR ROLE
In a context of strong growth, we are opening a Full Stack Tech Lead position within our Tech team.
The Full Stack Tech Lead role involves actively contributing to the development and design of our solutions. It combines strong involvement in application architecture, delivery, and code quality, with a strong interest in AI and solution design.
YOUR MISSIONS
1. Development & Implementation
· Design and develop new features and improve existing ones
· Contribute to defining technical architectures
· Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure a smooth user experience
· Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices (unit, integration, and E2E tests, TDD, Clean Code / Clean Architecture)
2. Maintenance & Support
· Ensure application stability, performance, and security
· Contribute to observability analysis and performance optimization
· Document features, APIs, and technical components
3. Technical Leadership & Mentoring
· Act as the technical reference point for the team
· Define, promote, and continuously improve development best practices
· Support developers' skill development and growth
· Drive the team's delivery (task allocation, progress tracking, prioritization)
4. Collaboration & Communication
· Escalate team needs to the Engineering Manager
· Communicate technical and organizational decisions to the team
· Ensure technical and functional consistency within the Tribe
· Foster cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with the Data team for automation)
5. Technology Watch & Continuous Improvement
· Implement or propose improvements related to quality, security, performance, and scalability
· Participate in the technical life of the company (workshops, internal talks, improvement time, etc.)
· Integrate or experiment with AI-driven approaches when relevant
Stack & Environnement
· Backend : PHP (Symfony), TypeScript / NodeJS
· Frontend: VueJs
· AWS: Serverless et K8s
· Claude Code
YOUR PROFIL
To succeed in this role, you should have:
· At least 7-8 years of experience in full-stack development (with a strong backend focus), including experience as a Tech Lead
· Solid knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
· Strong ability to structure, organize, and prioritize
· Leadership skills: ability to unite, engage, guide, and collaborate
· Proactivity: initiative-taking, solution-oriented mindset, continuous improvement
· Curiosity for complex business domains (business rules, regulatory constraints)
· Comfort working in agile environments
· English proficiency (B2 level)
· Experience with or strong interest in AI tools (Claude Code)
