Job Description: Description des missions : Gestion des retours de tournées Gestion de cage (suivi, organisation et traitement), ainsi que la réalisation des appels clients si nécessaire. Contrôle et audit des marchandises dangereuses (DG), en veillant à la conformité de la documentation et au respect des standards UPS pour l'expédition de ces colis. Réalisation des audits ADR et IATA. (DG) Profil recherché : - Formation Transport/Logistique - Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel) et des systèmes internes. - Aisance relationnelle / Capacité d'écoute/ Bon contact clients. - Organisation / Autonomie. - Goût du travail en équipe / Dynamique / Polyvalent. Une formation interne UPS est à prévoir après la prise de poste afin d'assurer l'habilitation à l'audit de ces colis. Poste impliquant du port de charges de manière quotidienne.
