Job Description:

Within the Human Resources and Internal Communication Department, and as part of the deployment of our global internal academy aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of our employees, we are looking for a Digital Learning Designer.

In collaboration with the Digital Learning Manager of the academy, you will contribute to the creation of innovative digital training solutions for Axens. You will work in a stimulating environment where creativity and innovation are at the heart of our approach.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and implementation of innovative educational solutions (blended learning, e-learning, Serious Game, Virtual Reality, Podcast)
• Create digital learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Canva, Vyond
• Produce multimedia resources: video, interactive video, podcast, etc.,
• Monitor deployment to users and produce training reports,
• Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the learning paths offered on our platform,
• Administer the LMS platform.
