As the Quality Control Product LineHead, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating strategic planning,optimizingoperations, and drivingmodernization of our QC labs (connectivity, AI, robotics) andcontinuous improvement for all digital products related to QC processes.

This position requires a dynamic leader, technology oriented,who can manage multiplefacetsof operationsandtechnologies, and enableefficiency of our QC labs,whilepromotinga culture of excellencein executionand innovation.

Mainresponsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product line strategy for Quality Control, aligned with businessobjectivesand performance.

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products related to QC processes (Instruments Core models,LESetc..),from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement. Define with business the QC data flow, andinterfacestrategy

  • Partner with Global quality, operations, and technology stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for AI powered decision-making

  • Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, and delivery of high-impact capabilities

  • Drive adoption and value realization of QCdigitalproducts.

  • Ensure product performance & Value is measured, reported, and continuouslyoptimizedagainst KPIs.

  • Stay current with emerging trends in QC technology, AI/ML, and analytics to keep offeringsand deliveringinnovative and competitive digital means

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team

About you

Qualifications andexperience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA)

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, digitalorganization,orrelatedleadershiprole.

  • Proventrack recordof leading products or platforms from concept to adoption.

  • Expertise/ Experiencein Quality Control Processes and systems like LIMS, LES, robotics, AI, program lead (design, deployment)

  • Experience managing Agile product development teams and practices.

  • Experiencein service line management, and excellence in operations (Run mode/service level)

  • Strong business acumen withdeepunderstanding of Quality Control processes and challenges.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

  • Experience in multicultural team lead, across multiple locations
