Founded in 2021 with the ambition to make cities cleaner and quieter, Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging. We are building and operating a network of fast-charging stations (20 minutes on average) with a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, our teams aim to deploy 15,000 fast-charging points by 2030, contributing to Europe's energy transition.

In just 5 years, we have:

💼 Your Mission

Based in the HQ Network Operations team, your role is to build and maintain the operational backbone that keeps Electra's maintenance running efficiently: you own methods documentation, knowledge management, data, spare parts supply, and some of the tools that field and country teams rely on every day to keep the network up."

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Your Responsibilities

1. Country Support

  • Partner ecosystem & contract optimization : support country teams in building and structuring their partner ecosystem (maintenance providers, suppliers); assist on tenders, contract design, cost analysis, and renegotiations in collaboration with Procurement team; provide benchmarks, pricing reference and operational expertise to standardize practices across markets and ensure cost-competitive agreements.

  • Field & operational support: provide remote and on-site support for complex situations; conduct operational audits to assess quality and compliance with standards

  • Subject matter expertise & advisory: act as the primary operational reference for country teams on maintenance practices and standards

2. Data Analysis & OPEX Excellence

  • Operational Data analysis: leverage operational data to analyze maintenance and country cost structures, build benchmarks, track performance KPIs, conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making (field diagnostics, campaign effectiveness, cost benchmarking)

  • Cost structure analysis and optimization levers: analyze maintenance and country cost structures; build cost models and benchmarking frameworks to provide clear visibility on optimization opportunities; contribute to make-or-buy analyses and service model decisions by translating data into actionable recommendations for management

3. Spare parts & supply management

  • Contribute to the spare parts strategy (sourcing approach, stocking policies, supplier qualification) in collaboration with the supply team

  • Support cost benchmarking and renegotiation efforts on spare parts to ensure competitive pricing

  • Improve tracking and replenishment processes to reduce downtime and inventory costs

4. Knowledge Management & Enablement

  • Build and maintain operational frameworks, process documentation and templates; ensure documentation is up to date, accessible, and directly usable in the fieldDesign and deliver training sessions, workshops, and translate HQ standards into practical field guidance

  • Drive cross-country best practice sharing and consistent adoption of methods and processes across all markets

5. NetOps Tools Ownership

  • Act as the primary operational owner of the maintenance operational tools; ensure smooth day-to-day run and consistent usage across all teams

  • Define standards, lead team onboarding and ensure their consistent adoption

  • Serve as the main support point for country teams and Maintenance Operations management; collect field feedback and coordinate improvements with relevant teams

😎 Your Profile

Technical skills

  • Graduate of an engineering school or university Master's program (Bac +5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  • Solid understanding of maintenance operations and field realities

  • Comfortable with cost analysis, benchmarking, and supply chain basics

  • At ease with field & operational tools

  • Ability to create clear, structured, and field-ready documentation

Behavioral skills

  • Field credibility: you've worked in the field or in close proximity to it; you understand operational realities and earn trust from technicians and country teams alike

  • Pedagogy: genuinely enjoys training and empowering teams; makes complex things simple

  • Autonomy: takes ownership, prioritizes well in a fast-moving environment

  • Cross-cultural agility: at ease in an international, multi-country context

Experience

  • Fluent in English and French

  • 3-5 years in maintenance operations, field operations, or operational excellence, with proven hands-on field exposure

  • Experience in contract management, supplier relationships or supply chain is a plus

  • Background in a high-growth or transformation environment is a plus

  • Interest in energy infrastructure or EV charging
