To support our growth, we are looking for a:
QSE MANAGER ITALY (F/M)
Long term contract - Rome (ITALY)
Within the Italian team, you'll ensure the implementation, deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management System across its perimeter, in alignment with REDEN's Group QSE strategy and processes.
Your main tasks will be:
TO DEPLOY AND FOLLOW-UP THE QSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Act as Italy's QSE point of contact and ensure the deployment of the Group QSE Management System across all Italian activities, ensuring its consistent application and continuous improvement.
Plan and conduct internal audits on construction sites and O&M activities, documenting findings and ensuring followup.
Analyse incidents and nonconformities, driving corrective and preventive actions through to completion.
Communicate QSE requirements and action plans clearly to Italian teams while providing handson guidance to managers.
Adapt Group procedures to the Italian regulatory context and monitor compliance with national QSE regulations.
TO MANAGE ADMINISTRATION, REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING FOR THE COUNTRY
Provide oversight, guidance, and support for quality management across the Group's activities
Ensure the administrative followup of the QSE Management System for the country (documentation, updates, registers, etc.).
Consolidate and report country's QSE indicators to Group QSE manager (energy, environment, incidents, audits, etc.).
Support country's contribution to Group QSE certifications and CSR assessments
TO DELIVER INTERNAL TRAINING
Prepare and deliver internal QSE training sessions to reinforce awareness and compliance across Italian teams.
ADDITIONNAL TASKS
Occasionally support Iberian operations (Spain and Portugal) on QSErelated topics.
Expected skills
You have a degree in engineering or a relevant degree in Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management. Equivalent technical background may be considered if supported by strong professional experience in QSE or HSE roles.
You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in QSE management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others), in the construction or industrial sector
You have a good knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, audit techniques and a solid understanding of Italian QSE regulations.
You are fluent in both Italian and English. Spanish or French would be an asset.
This position requires frequent travel to our power plants, both those currently in operation and those under construction.
