Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Communication and Documentation: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders; ensure thorough documentation of all processes and decisions.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during product updates and new feature rollouts, minimizing disruption and enhancing user adoption.
