Détail du poste

The IBP Data & Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of all business data sets (financial, demand, product, supply) required to support the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. The role establishes and governs global data standards, validates inputs from all Business Units/Regions, and ensures seamless data transformation into the IBP tool. The specialist also supports inventory and logistics war rooms by guaranteeing high-quality upstream data and feeding correct planning parameters into the system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Validate core IBP data sets (financial, demand, product, supply) for completeness, consistency, and usability.
  • Perform systematic data quality checks at BU/Regional level for PMR, DR, SR, IT, and MBR cycles.
  • Validate SKU master data and ensure accuracy for inventory and logistics war rooms.
  • Identify data issues, trends, and root causes; drive corrective actions with BUs and global data owners.

2. Data Collection & Transformation

  • Collect all required data inputs from BUs/Regions according to the IBP calendar and process milestones.
  • Transform and standardize incoming data into the IBP tool's required format and structure.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading of all data objects into the IBP platform.

3. Data Governance & Global Standards

  • Establish and maintain global roles for data management to drive consistency across functions and geographies.
  • Define and enforce global data standards, naming conventions, governance rules, and data quality KPIs.
  • Partner with Global Process Owners, Master Data teams, and IT to ensure alignment and compliance.

4. Planning Parameters Management

  • Maintain and validate critical planning parameters (e.g., lead times, production frequencies, service levels).
  • Feed and periodically review parameters feeding statistical inventory target calculations.
  • Support parameter governance with clear ownership, approval workflows, and change control.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Process Support

  • Act as the bridge between BUs/Regions and the central IBP team for all data-related topics.
  • Provide guidance and training on data requirements, templates, and IBP tool usage.
  • Support PMR/DR/SR/IT/MBR cycles by ensuring data readiness and resolving issues before process milestones.

Qualifications

  • Strong data management skills (validation, cleansing, transformation).
  • Advanced Excel & data manipulation (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query is a plus).
  • Understanding of planning processes:
    • Demand Review (DR)
    • Supply Review (SR)
    • Portfolio/Product Management Review (PMR)
    • Inventory Target (IT)
    • Management Business Review (MBR)
  • IBP / S&OP / E2E planning knowledge, ideally in global or complex organizations.
  • Experience with IBP tools (o9, Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or similar) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with master data management (SKU master, product hierarchy, supply parameters).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and detect anomalies.
  • Strong problem-solving methodology (root cause analysis, pattern identification).
  • Ability to translate complex data issues into clear business actions.
  • Experience in defining and maintaining global standards and data governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of planning parameter governance (lead times, MOQ, cycle times).
  • Ability to standardize processes across diverse geographies and business units.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across BUs/Regions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, and Master Data teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel within the IBP calendar.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP/S&OP processes, or Data Governance roles.
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
