ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As an ALM-TF Internal Lod1 Controller Assistantyou will join the Compliance team to support AML monitoring activities, help improve tools and processes, coordinate training initiatives, and contribute to AML Operational Management meetings.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Carry out regular sample checks to ensure the robustness of the AML transactional system
• Liaise with training & documentation lead officer for setting up training schedule of target populations
• With the support of his/her Manager, work on the design and improvement of the tools and processes
• Participate in all AML Operational Management steering committees

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for curious, organized, and creative individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a strong interest in employer branding, communication, and events.

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree, ideally with a specialization in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• You are interested in AML topics and financial crime prevention.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to analyze data and processes.
• You are proactive and comfortable working with different stakeholders, including operational and training teams.
• You are interested in improving tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
• You speak fluent French and have a good level of English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?📝

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet your future manager, Isabelle - AML Internal Lod1 Controllerfollowed by his manager Simon - AML Investigation Manager.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
