ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will join the Corporate/IP/Anti-Corruption team committed to supporting the Group's legal operations and compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will actively contribute to a wide range of corporate legal activities, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of legal management in an international environment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

Assist in the Group's corporate legal activities (in France and abroad):

• Preparation of annual accounts approval, statutory amendments, and implementation of powers of attorney.

Support in monitoring the Group's insurance policies:

• Contribute to renewals management and claims reporting when applicable.

Contribute to the maintenance of the trademark portfolio:

• Assist with filings and renewals in coordination with external advisors.

Assist with KYC requests:

• Complete forms, collect and submit required documentation.

General responsibilities:

• Update reporting tools and conduct legal research/monitoring of regulatory developments in corporate law.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are a student in a Master's program (Master 2),
• You are curious and rigorous,
• You have strong writing skills,
• You have an interest in new technologies and the challenges of a digital environment,
• You have a good command of English.
• Finally, a first experience in a law firm, or legal department of a company would be a plus

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).

Next, you will meet Jordane WEISGERBER - Head of Corporate, your future manager.

Finally, you'll have a final HR interview with Mathilde, where you'll also debrief the results of your AssessFirst test.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
