We are currently looking for a User Acquisition International Assistant to help grow and scale traffic across all our applications in Europe.You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic with a strong ROI mindset for our sports betting and casino apps (real-money gambling). This is a great opportunity to work directly with some of the world's leading tech companies such as Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Apple, and more!

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Support UA efforts in PT and PL
• Learn how to operate and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Social and Programmatic channels
• Generate reports, brief ads, launch campaigns, identify sports events that will drive business, run ad hoc analysis, etc
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Digital Marketing
• Ideally with a first experience (internship or academic project) in mobile or web acquisition
• You are creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
• You have strong Excel skills (pivot tables hold no secrets for you!) and are comfortable with PowerPoint
• You are detail-oriented and rigorous
• Curious and eager to learn, you keep up with app market trends and new technologies
• You have a strong interest in sports
• You have a good level of English, allowing you to collaborate with international teams and partners

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?📝

- If your application is selected, Benoît will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes),
- You will then complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning),
- You will meet Etienne, Head of User Acquisition & Michael - User Acqsuition Manager your future mentor,
- Finally, you will have a final HR interview with Benoît, including a debrief of your AssessFirst results.

To ensure the best candidate experience, Betclic's recruitment process takes an average of 4 weeks.
