In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage a portfolio of suppliers for both direct and indirect purchasing for our Acute Care Informatics (ACI) business and respond to R&D needs across current and upcoming projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage direct and indirect suppliers from a contractual and documentation perspective (contracts, supplier qualification, SOWs, and other documents in accordance with our QMS).
• Manage order schedules via MRP.
• Ensure inventory management and provide stock reports to stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships and price negotiations for direct suppliers (cables, mounting solutions, manuals, barcode scanners, RFID cards, etc.) as well as indirect suppliers (licenses, etc.).
• Anticipate internal customer needs by organizing weekly follow-up meetings.
• Manage Master Data settings in SAP (data enrichment, supplier data, etc.).
• Create and manage suppliers in Philips tools (Ariba, S2C, etc.).
• Act as the interface with the logistics team and communicate upcoming deliveries.
• Manage communication with the invoicing team to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.

You will be part of:

The ACI Procurement team and you will report to the ACI Procurement Lead.

Your strengths for succeeding in this role:

• Master's degree, or Bachelors with +4 years' experience, preferably with a specialization in Purchasing.
• Experience in purchasing and/or supply chain.
• Ability to negotiate all sections of a contract (pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, IP, industrial property, termination, warranties, etc.).
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.

Dans ce rôle, vous avez la possibilité de

Gérer un portefeuille de fournisseurs sur les achats directs et indirects pour ACI et répondre aux besoins de la R&D sur les différents projets en cours et à venir.

Votre fonction:

• Gérer les fournisseurs directs et indirects sur le plan contractuel et documentaire (Contrat, Supplier qualification, SOW et autres documents conformément à nos QMS)
• Gérer les plannings de commandes via le MRP
• Assurer la gestion du stock et fournir les rapports de stock aux parties prenantes
• Gérer les relations fournisseurs et négociations de prix pour les fournisseurs directs (câbles, solutions de montage, manuels, barcode scanners carte RFID etc...) ainsi que pour les fournisseurs indirects (Licences etc...)
• Anticiper les besoins des clients internes en organisant des réunions de suivi hebdomadaires.
• Gérer les Master Data settings sur SAP ( enrichment, supplier data etc)
• Création et gestion des fournisseurs sur les outils Philips (Ariba, S2C etc).
• Assurer l'interface avec l'équipe logistique et informer des livraisons à venir
• Gérer la communication avec l'équipe invoicing pour s'assurer du paiement des fournisseurs en temps et en heure.

Vous faites partie de

l'équipe Achats ACI et vous reporterez au Procurement Lead ACI.

Vos atouts pour réussir ce poste:

• Bac +5 avec une spécialisation achats serait appréciée
• Expérience en achats et/ou supply chain
• Capacité à négocier toutes les sections d'un contrat (prix, termes de paiements, responsabilités, IP, Propriété industriel, terminaison, garanties etc...)
• Capacité à adopter un sens des priorités et respecter les délais imposés
• Aptitude sur Pack Office: Excel (TCD, conditional formatting etc..) power point presentation, Word.
• Français et Anglais obligatoire.
