* Provide expert advice and mentorship to project managers and teams, fostering professional growth and excellence in project delivery.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive solutions that ensure smooth project execution.
* Analyse project data and outcomes to generate insights and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
