Then join us as our future Marketing Campaign Production Assistant (Apprenticeship) within the Brand Marketing , Content Team.

Working closely with the Campaign Production Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of global marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth project execution and effective collaboration between teams.

Your Main Responsibilities :

1) Campaign & Ad-hoc Coordination

You will support the coordination and follow-up of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc activations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the coordination of global marketing campaigns and ad-hoc activations to ensure deliverables remain on track

• Tracking campaign timelines, milestones, and asset deliveries using project management tools such as Monday.com and SharePoint

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to collect campaign assets, information, and approvals

• Assisting in the preparation and organization of campaign briefs, production documentation, and asset libraries

• Ensuring campaign deliverables are properly formatted and ready for delivery, including validation of scope of work, asset lists, formats, and required sizing

• Contributing to maintaining clear project visibility and smooth communication across team

2) Production & Product Logistics

You will support operational aspects related to creative productions.

This includes:

• Coordinating product requests and sample retrieval for photo and video productions

• Tracking product availability in collaboration with marketing, product, and logistics teams

• Supporting the preparation and shipment of products required for shoots and content production

3) Vendor & Administrative Coordination

You will assist in the coordination of external vendors and administrative processes.

Your missions will include:

• Supporting the creation of vendor profiles in Ariba in collaboration with the procurement team

• Following up on NDA validation and required documentation with finance and legal teams

• Assisting in tracking contract signature processes and ensuring documentation is complete and properly archived

4) Documentation & Workspace Management

You will contribute to maintaining structured documentation and organized project environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining organized SharePoint project folders and campaign documentation

• Ensuring campaign assets, contracts, and project files are properly stored and accessible

• Contributing to maintaining clear documentation standards and efficient file organization across projects
