We are looking for a communication apprentice (or in alternance) for our C-Power Business Group. You will report to the Head of Communication and work closely with different departments including HR, HSE, Marketing, Industrial, etc. In your role, you will be able to test your knowledge of internal communication and social media in practice, and work hands-on producing materials for our various communication channels: intranet, magazine, webcasts, etc. You will be involved in the definition and deployment of communication campaigns and projects on a global scale. In this role, you will gain valuable experience of working with various stakeholders in a growing, fast paced international environment.

Main Tasks:

• INTRANET, MAGAZINE AND SOCIAL MEDIA:Writing and editing content (in English and French). Monthly tracking of audience. Updating editorial calendar. Providing support for page owners.
• EVENTS:Supporting the organization of internal events, including annual convention, ACT FOR ALL Day, webcasts, etc.
• COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS:Preparing materials: videos, posters, presentations, etc. Reporting and follow-up

Your Profile:

• You are in the process of completing a Masters' Degree in Communication/ Business Administration (majoring in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent).
• Preferably, you have had a first experience (trainee/internship) in a Communication department or a Communication agency.
• You are reliable, flexible, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent language skills in English and French (written and spoken).
• You master the Microsoft Office tools. Microsoft SharePoint, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing is a plus.
• You are curious and willing to learn about the automotive industry.
