We are looking for a Technical Chief of Staff to the CTO and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to join the Office of the CTO & CSO and support the execution ofQuandela'stechnical and scientific strategy.

Working at the core of the company's technical leadership, you will help structure priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives across research,productand engineering teams, and ensure alignment between long-term scientificobjectivesand operational execution.

This role is designed as a force multiplier for the CTO and CSO, enabling them to focus on scientific and technical leadership while ensuring that key initiatives, internalcoordinationand decision processes run smoothly.

As part of the Office of the CTO & CSO, the role provides direct exposure to the executive leadership team (COMEX) and involvement in shaping some of the company's most strategic technical and scientific decisions.

The positionoperatesat the intersection of research,engineeringand product development, helpingmaintainclarity,alignmentand execution discipline as the organization scales.

Impact in the First 12 Months

In this role, you will play a keypartin strengthening the execution and coordination ofQuandela'stechnical and scientific strategy. During your first year, you are expected to:

Build alignment across research,productand engineering

• Develop a strong understanding ofQuandela'sscientific and technical roadmap.

• Improve coordination mechanisms between research teams, productleadershipand engineering.

Bring structure and visibility to key technical initiatives

• Implement clear tracking and governance for major technical and scientific programs.

• Ensure leadership has visibility on milestones,dependenciesand risks.

Strengthen the Office of the CTO & CSO

• Contribute to structuring the operating model of the Office of the CTO & CSO, including leadership rhythms and technical reviews.

• Support preparation and follow-up of key leadership discussions and decision processes.

Accelerate cross-team execution

• Help resolve cross-team challengesimpactingcritical technical initiatives.

• Improve communication flows and coordination between research,productand engineering teams.

Support the scaling of the technical organization

• Assist the CTO/CPO and CSO in structuring processes and initiatives that allow the organization to scale whilemaintainingscientific and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support to Technical Leadership

• Support the CTO/CPO and CSO in structuring and drivingQuandela'stechnical and scientific priorities.

• Prepare strategic materials, technicalbriefingsand leadership reviews.

• Help synthesize complex technical topics tofacilitatedecision-making at the leadership level.

Office of the CTO & CSO Operations

• Contribute to the functioning of the Office of the CTO & CSO by structuring leadership processes and coordination mechanisms.

• Support preparation and follow-up of technical leadership meetings,reviewsand strategic discussions.

• Helpmaintainalignment across research,engineeringand product leadership.

Program Governance & Coordination

• Track progress on key technical and scientific initiatives across the organization.

• Ensure visibility on milestones,dependenciesand risks.

• Facilitate coordination between teams and support resolution of cross-team blockers.

Organizational Effectiveness(P1)

• Improve internal processes supporting technical and research operations.

• Structure communication flows between research teams and product and engineering teams

• Ensurestructurationof theteams

• Helpmaintainalignment between scientific exploration and product development priorities.

Strategic Projects

• Lead or coordinate high-impact cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CTO/CPO and CSO.

• Provide analytical and operational support on complex organizational or technical topics.
