Interim Material Planner 1 1 H/F Alstom

Request to purchase analysis in order to ensure they are processable in line with planning needs
Purchase orders processing and managing Suppliers' deliveries according to Production / Operations / Installation / Repairs requirements, from Purchase Order emission to confirmation by suppliers and archive
Suppliers deliveries follow up and expediting
Manage repair loop through regular backlog review and internal / external suppliers follow-up
Share information on deliveries to key stakeholders at site level (Planning, Sourcing, ...) in order to detect potential missing parts and manage crisis in case of delivery issues. Manage material availability, missing parts, overstock analysis.
Ensure SAP parameters are in adequacy with suppliers offers
Ensure Suppliers management: Capacity check with support of SPDM, site visit, improvement plan follow up
Manage specific logistic conditions for vendors
Manage Suppliers systematic claims (penalties, invoices issues)
Manage Supplier logistic non conformity
Report operational KPI (Missing parts, On Time Delivery, etc.) and participate to continuous improvement
