CDI Senior Pmo Producer H/F Virtuos

Virtuos Games is seeking a PMO Producer to join our team who is working with wide variety of video games ranging from indie to AAA. You will be working on structures, processes, production training, project audits and data analysis to improve our efficiency and productivity under the supervision of the PMO Director.

$Responsibilities
Writing of production related documentations.
Creation of Agile, Lean, Waterfall and general production related trainings.
Presenting trainings and animating production workshops.
Identifying best practices, processes, and structures for our projects.
Audit of European projects to spot good practices to share across and structural issues to be addressed to improve velocity, efficiency, and productivity.
Propose improvement and restructuration plans to solve project issues.
Mentoring of European producers for Agile / Lean & production practices.
Be a Point of Contact for Production Directors of studios you are involved in to help improve project management practices together.
Adapt to a wide range of project types in terms of their production stakes.
Research and explore new production practices to be explored and to be implemented in our productions.
Collaborate with PMO team to further develop our internal tools and initiatives.
