What will you do?
Business planning and general management.
Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
Support talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
Provide support to client when expertise is required.
Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.
