Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills

- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
- Golang: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience with Golang
- Strong Back-dev skill: Mastery of strongly typed languages such as Go, Java, Rust, or C#
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience developing on AWS
- Humble & Collaborative: No "stars" here-we value listening, passion for computing, and a problem-solving mindset
- Autonomy & Proactivity: You have the drive to own your subjects without adding "weight" to the team, knowing when to ask questions and when to lead
- Curiosity: You prefer "learning" over "knowing" and enjoy deconstructing complex problems
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical personnel

Nice-to-Haves

- A Level 7 (Master's) degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of FFMPEG for video generation
- Familiarity with PHP/Laravel (to help manage and migrate legacy code)
