As a IndustrialProcess Engineer, you participate in the definition of technical solutions (assembly and processes) to be implemented on assembly lines and product testing. The lines can be fully manual / semi automatic or fully automatic and will include specific processes such as *****, riveting, crimping, laser/ultrasonic welding, laser/inkjet marking, labelling.

You define the architectural & technological choices to meet the needs of projects in an environment where communicating products and data management become central to the company's investments.

¿What would you be doing in your day a day?

Process Specification & Continuous Improvement

- Analyze the current manufacturing process to identify strengths, weaknesses, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Gather technical information from the targeted plant (technologies, brands, production organization) and from previous plants or suppliers.
- Review existing PFMEA, quality level and process data to define improvement priorities.
- Define assembly and process requirements aligned with project industrialization scope and plant targets.
- Conduct studies for new assembly lines (LADM): sequence, process balancing, MPH analysis, etc.
- Update PFMEA to reduce RPN by improving detection or reducing occurrence.
- Establish quality targets, define specific processes and outline qualification programs.

RFQ & Supplier Management

- Communicate technical needs clearly to all suppliers involved in the RFQ phase.
- Analyze and challenge supplier proposals (technical + economical).
- Update specifications when suppliers propose valuable improvements.
- Participate in supplier selection and contribute to the supplierchoice matrix.

Design, Manufacturing & Technical Followup

- Lead the development and manufacturing of production equipment (internal or external), ensuring technical validation and costqualitytiming followup.
- Act as the main technical representative toward the supplier network, managing highstakes industrial investments.
- Provide technical support to suppliers and maintain strong alignment between project teams and equipment production.
- Validate feasibility of each specific process and confirm the adequacy of supplier choices.
- Review DFMEA delivered by suppliers and challenge when necessary.

Commissioning, Qualification & RampUp

- Manage preacceptance qualification of production lines at suppliers' facilities:
- Quality level & process capabilities
- Scrap rates
- Line speed & efficiency
- Participate in final acceptance at the plant, ensuring full compliance with specifications.
- Validate all supplier documentation and confirm CE conformity (including Tier2 validation).
- Support the rampup phase: training, transfer of industrial documentation and onsite assistance during early production.

Project Interaction

You will collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams: Technical, Purchasing, Industrialization and Quality-on projects ranging from several months to up to 3 years.
