Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the vision and strategy for the partner digital solutions ecosystem, ensuring both solutions support seamless partner workflows.
- Conduct market research and partner discovery to identify opportunities across collaboration and postcommissioning asset management.
Roadmap & Prioritization
- Build and manage integrated roadmaps for both digital solutions.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
Feature Delivery & Execution
- Partner with engineering and UX to design and deliver intuitive, scalable features.
- Validate enhancements through partner feedback and testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data analytics, and channel teams to ensure successful execution.
Data, Metrics & Optimization
- Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
- Use analytics and VOC to identify improvement opportunities and optimize endtoend journeys.
GotoMarket & Adoption
- Work with channel and marketing teams on release planning, messaging, and adoption programs.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and changemanagement activities.
EndtoEnd Experience Leadership
- Ensure consistent, unified experiences across both solutions and related digital touchpoints.
- Drive crossproduct alignment, UX harmonization, and continuous experience improvement.
Qualification:
Required
- 7+ years experience in product management, digital platforms, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of B2B workflows and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to define product strategy, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering and UX teams.
- Proficient in analyzing product data, defining KPIs, and making datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience with collaboration platforms, asset management tools, or lifecycle management software.
- Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partnerfacing digital channels.
- Background in UX, customer experience, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows
