Senior Instructional Designer H/F Radiall

Role of Senior Instructional Designer:

E-learning Design:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design in-house e-learning modules aimed at enhancing team skills development.

- Lead project-based initiatives to deliver high-quality training content within specified timelines.

- Script for training modules, including defining objectives, structuring content, designing interactive exercises, quizzes, and assessments, while driving innovations to enhance the learning experience.

LMS Administration:

- Participate in the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), providing user support and assistance.

- Support various stakeholders, including HR and managers, in utilizing the LMS effectively and encourage content creation.

- Implement necessary improvements to the LMS and monitor supplier updates, while measuring and testing learner retention and knowledge transfer through quizzes and exercises.

Creation and Management of Training Content:

- Develop and deploy diverse e-learning content, including instructor-led courses, stand-alone modules, videos, user guides, scenarios, storyboards, and assessments.

- Transform technical information into engaging instructional or performance support content, ensuring professional presentation and alignment with learning objectives.

- Review and update training materials based on learner feedback, providing training to others on content delivery methodologies.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in managing e-learning platforms like Skillsoft, SumTotal, Moodle, ideally Docebo, and demonstrated experience in e-learning design and project management.

- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Elucidat or Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate & Video design tools like Camtasia and Powtoon, and Graphics tools like Canva.

- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Kannada, with exceptional writing skills.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in instructional design and learning & development.

Additional Information:

- Language Skills : Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (optional).

- Travel Requirements : International travel may be required.

- Department : Radiall Services.

- Reports To : Senior Manager - Radiall Services.
