Job Details

Alloga is seeking a skilled and experienced PMO O2C to lead and coordinate the integration of Italy, Portugal, and Next Pharma into the Order-to-Cash (O2C) framework while ensuring development in the existing countries. This role will act as a central liaison between the business units of various countries, the IT department, Master Data Management Team, O2C Finance Team, and Tax Department. The PMO O2C will ensure seamless collaboration, compliance, and alignment across all stakeholders, while reporting progress and outcomes to the sponsor of the O2C project.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, in-depth knowledge of O2C processes, and the ability to manage complex integrations across multiple countries and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Integration

- Lead the implementation of the O2C system in Spain and the Netherland for a seamless customer experience
- Lead the integration of Italy, Portugal, and Next Pharma into the Alloga O2C framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the O2C integration.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
- Identify risks and issues related to the integration and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with the business units of different countries to understand their O2C requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure system readiness, data migration, and technical support for O2C integration.
- Work closely with the Master Data Management Team to ensure accurate and compliant data handling across countries.
- Partner with the O2C Finance Team to align financial processes, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Engage with the Tax Department to understand and implement tax treatments and compliance requirements for each country.
- Work with Alloga countries and CBS to centralize functions and optimize way of working between countries and different services

Process Optimization and Reporting

- Analyze and document O2C processes across countries, identifying opportunities for standardization and improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sponsor of the O2C project, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure integration efforts align with Alloga's overall strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of the O2C integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all O2C-related inquiries and decisions during the integration process.
- Build strong relationships across departments and countries to foster collaboration and transparency.

Education and Experiences:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within O2C processes or supply chain integration.
- Experience managing multi-country projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle complex projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and optimize processes.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French, is highly advantageous.
