THE ROLE
The Chief of Staff to the EVP in charge of IT, Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity is a high-impact strategic role designed to provide executive leverage.
Acting as a true right hand, you will ensure projects are properly structured, executed with rigor, and progressing in line with strategic objectives.
This position requiring strong analytical capabilities, execution discipline and solid technical fluency.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
- Take full ownership of selected strategic IT, digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives
- Structure roadmaps, track milestones, identify bottlenecks and proactively challenge execution
- Prepare concise executive briefings and decision-ready materials
- Consolidate inputs for Presidency and top management requests
- Ensure rigor, transparency and quality control across deliverables
- Monitor budget elements and interact effectively with Finance and the CIO Office
- Demonstrate understanding of IT ecosystems (infrastructure, cloud, ERP, applications, interfaces) and core cybersecurity principles
- Explore emerging topics (AI, innovation, technology trends) and provide structured insights
- Coordinate with other Chiefs of Staff and senior stakeholders across the organization
- Support complex cross-functional initiatives from design to execution
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Engineering background preferred; strategy consulting experience strongly valued
- 7-8 years of experience in consulting or complex technology environments
- Proven project and program management capabilities
- Solid literacy across IT, digital transformation and cybersecurity domains
- Financial acumen and comfort with budget tracking
- Strong structuring and synthesis skills
- High level of rigor, reliability and transparency
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal agility
- Excellent communication skills in both French & English
