Subregional Head Buyer H/F Digital Realty

Your role

- Procurement & Sourcing:Source and procure materials and services based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and project needs.
- PO & Invoice Management:Create, issue, and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Delivery Coordination:Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Inventory Oversight:Manage stock levels and vendor lead times, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Supplier Engagement:Support supplier consolidation and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Change Support:Assist with system/process changes and deliver training in alignment with Train-the-Trainer models.
- Performance Reporting:Monitor KPIs, report on procurement activities, and track supplier performance.

What you'll need

- Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience:3-5 years in procurement or supply chain; data center experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and contract interpretation.
- Soft Skills:Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver; organized and adaptable.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
