Stage - Financing Middle Officer & Agency - Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions M H/F CACEIS

Created in 2013, the Private Equity, Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department of CACEIS Bank aims to develop Alternative Funds management activities within the CACEIS group.

With more than 13 years of existence, the PERES business line has been able to expand its range of services with innovative products such as middle office or structured finance while relying on its high level of expertise in traditional services such as depositary function, record keeping or accounting service.

Within PERES, you will join the Financing MO, Agency team & Loan Administration.
More precisely, you will assist a team specialized in the management of all Financing operations (Equity Bridge Financing, Overdrafts and Third Party Loan Administration) and in the development of a new service (Loan Administration) for the PERES unit.

Your missions for this internship will be as follows: Implementation and monitoring of the EBF Operations and Overdraft financing portfolio;
Ensure the functions of EBF Agent and Lender;
Financial & Credit Modelling in management systems;
Ensure follow-up of credit events throughout the financing lifetime (monitoring of outstanding amounts, profitability, etc...);
Prepare the instructions related to financing operations (setting up of financing, drawings, repayments...)
Control and transmit cash instructions to the back-offices of the Bank and to the banks of the banking pools;
Preparing quarterly invoices and ensure reconciliation
Participate in the monitoring and control of financial covenants: contractual obligations, securities and guarantees required by the Risk and Ongoing Controls Departments;
Ensure the management of accounts related to financing operations by ensuring that the transactions transiting through them are in accordance with the terms of the contractual documentation;
Support the input of financing operations in dedicated tools;
Participate in the preparation of monthly management Reports;
Participation in the implementation of the Loan Administration service.
