Project Procurement Manager H/F Digital Realty

Your role

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the position will lead and/or support project procurement activities and other initiatives in the areas of supply chain and procurement.

What you'll do

-Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement procurement strategies for equipment and related-services supporting new data center construction projects at Digital Realty
-Coordinate equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Construction.
-Manage the day-to-day procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as the liaison between project management and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
-Drive supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process optimization, and supplier performance management.
-Organize, maintain, and oversee supplier contracts, including the management and execution of all related change orders.
-Track and report supply chain cost savings, comparing actual results against targets.
-Monitor and report supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Coordinate KPI surveys with internal stakeholders to support the Strategic Supplier Management program.
-Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the P2P process.
-Support the implementation of new technologies related to Supply Chain and Procurement.

What you'll need

-Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on project-based purchasing.
-Proven success in procuring, negotiating, and contracting across multiple categories.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
-Demonstrated expertise in negotiation.
-Experience with direct responsibility for contract development and execution.
-Proficiency in a range of software applications, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
