Preferred Experience

Profile & Skills

- 4+ years of experience managing data science teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Proven ability to define technical roadmaps and lead multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, especially in predictive modelling.
- Strong understanding of how sports teams use data for match analysis and recruitment.
- Must have experience working directly with or within a professional sports club.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.Your role will involve communicating with our France-based teams and international stakeholders.

Bonus

- Expertise in creating and processing event data and tracking data.
- Hands-on experience training and deploying deep learning models in production environments.
