Team and context
We are looking for our 3rd DevOps Engineer, who will work closely with our team of 300+ engineers to define performance and metrics standards and tooling.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that consists of two Frontend engineers, two Backend engineers and another DevOps Engineer.
Offices
The company's HQ are in Paris, but the whole Tech team is remote-first. You are thus free to work from wherever you want in Europe.
Your Missions
- Evangelising SRE practices across our engineering team.- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand where we can proactively improve the reliability of our application, as well as helping to scale production resources so that they are efficient.- Helping us to define performance and metrics standards.- Setting up tooling and monitoring for the metrics, responding to surfacing issues and opportunities and defining the engineering guidelines.- You will be overseeing how production management would look like from application perspective.- Collaborating with a Application Security Engineer and a DevOps Engineer, while reporting to our Lead.
You're the right candidate if you have experience: - With monitoring and APM tools (e.g. Grafana/Prometheus/DataDog/Splunk or others)- Working with cloud - we use AWS.- Scaling up a web application and asynchronous job system- Working/or would like to work in a product focused environment.
