Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, finance, procurement), support the Project Manager in the preparation of the First Financial Project Review (FPR0), and ensure the closure of any open actions assigned to bid management after the Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM).

We'll look to you for:
Managing the Tender QCDP commitment from appointment as Bid Manager to the Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM).
Delivering a winning proposal with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, and adhering to the tender budget.
Collaborating with the Project Manager to prepare the First Financial Project Review (FPR0).
Supporting the closure of open actions following the TTM and first project execution gate.
Assisting the Tender Leader in preparing Win & Loss analysis.
Driving effective communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of tender management processes and project management principles.
Knowledge of Quality, Costs, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) frameworks.
Familiarity with financial review and analysis processes.

Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
Progress towards leadership roles in tender or project management
You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
