Gestionnaire de Contrat Projet H/F ABYSS ENERGY

We are looking for a Project Contract Manager to manage, draft, review, and administer contractual agreements for energy sector projects, ensuring full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards throughout the execution phase.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review contractual documents, including procurement contracts, service agreements, and project-related terms.

• Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proper terms and conditions.

• Monitor contract execution and compliance, ensuring timely deliverables, milestones, and payments.

• Support the resolution of disputes and claims related to contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of contract-related documentation from initiation through to closure.

• Ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements within the energy sector.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, technical teams) to address contract-specific requirements.

Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of contractual processes, principles, and industry standards related to energy projects.

• Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory concepts in the energy sector.

• Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms in alignment with project objectives.

• 10 years of experience at least and proficient in managing multiple contracts simultaneously within a dynamic environment.

Software:

• Basic knowledge of standard contract management software.
• Familiarity with document editing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word).
