Who are we ?

Singulier provides digital strategy and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and their portfolio companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. Unlike other consulting firms, we don't end our work at the recommendation; we work closely with our clients to implement the prototype or pilot and support transformation to ensure that we are immediately providing tangible value.

We are working with leading investors and their portfolio companies. Some of our clients to date have included: KKR, Bain Capital, Advent International, CVC Capital Partners, EQT and many more.

Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich includes consultants from both operational and strategy backgrounds (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts). Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently building our new team in Germany.

Key Responsabilities

In this role, you will work with small teams to deliver IT projects for clients across a diverse range of industries. Key focus areas include designing and implementing IT strategies, optimizing IT architecture, enhancing cybersecurity, improving dev process & system performance, and driving the digitization of processes and organizations. You will also support due diligence efforts for investment funds by assessing technology capabilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of IT architecture and infrastructure, supporting both B2C and B2B environments.

Design, support sale of, and deliver Singulier's Product & Tech strategy and offering :

- Design, Support, and Deliver IT Architecture Strategy and Solutions:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive IT architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives, supporting the sale and implementation of technology solutions that drive business value.

- Advise Clients at Senior Levels:
- Provide expert advice to clients, including investors and corporate C-suite executives, on IT architecture strategies and solutions that support their business goals.

- Lead Complex and Innovative IT Projects:
- Deliver complex and innovative IT projects, including technology assessments and infrastructure due diligence, while ensuring consulting teams have the skills needed to execute other IT-focused projects.

- Collaborate on Business Development:
- Work with partners on business development activities, including creating proposals, pitching solutions, and developing new client relationships.

- Integrate with Other Practices:
- Collaborate with other practice areas to ensure that IT architecture solutions complement broader consulting offerings, providing clients with a comprehensive and integrated approach.

- Provide Project Support and Troubleshooting:
- Advise and support teams by troubleshooting ongoing IT architecture consulting projects, ensuring quality and effectiveness in delivery.

- Establish Task Forces for Strategic Initiatives:
- Set up specialized task forces to execute and temporarily deliver IT architecture projects, demonstrating the potential for value creation and driving strategic initiatives.

- Develop the reach & relevance of the practice to scale:
- Build External Awareness of Our IT Expertise and Your Personal Brand: Establish yourself as an IT architecture expert by building a strong personal brand and increasing awareness of our IT work and achievements in the market.

- Promote Our IT Practice at Relevant Events:
- Represent our IT practice at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, including those focused on technology and private equity, to enhance our market presence and reputation.

- Support Marketing Efforts Through External Presence:
- Develop and maintain an active external presence to bolster our organization's marketing efforts and contribute to thought leadership in IT architecture.

- Share Knowledge on IT Projects and Market Trends:
- Regularly share insights on our latest IT architecture projects and discuss emerging technology trends to keep our teams and clients informed and aligned with market developments.

- Identify and Introduce IT Innovations:
- Continuously scan for the latest innovations in IT architecture and technology, ensuring that these advancements are introduced to our organization to stay at the forefront of the industry.

- Expand Understanding of Emerging IT Trends and Technologies:
- Communicate the broader implications of new IT trends and technologies to enhance the practice's knowledge and capabilities, fostering growth and innovation.
