Marketplace Operations Intern H/F Casavo

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in operational support within marketplace operations, offering a hands-on learning opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Portfolio Support:

- Provide operational support to agents in monitoring the marketplace portfolio by collecting and updating performance and volume data.
- Support the team in tracking the performance of Agents with a focus on their commercial capabilities, conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel, and ancillary revenues.
- Participate in weekly team sessions to help manage mandate distribution to Agents, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines and utilizing tools like AppSales integrations.
- Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace portfolio inventory, collaborating with the Data team and Operation Manager to support sales forecasting efforts.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with different teams, such as Seller/Buyer Success to support the fine-tuning of the operational model.
- Participate in recurring team meetings, contributing to discussions and helping the team achieve expected performance levels.
- Assist Operation Manager in reviewing and analyzing team performance and process KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Handle administrative tasks related to internal operational processes and documentation.

Cross-functional Support:

- Collaborate with the Operations team to help implement processes that align with the desired customer experience.
- Organizing training sessions and onboarding for Agents to ensure commercial and financial efficiency.
