WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Researcher who can tackle our most complex analytical challenges and innovative features in order to shape Adikteev's strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and executing analytical projects that address strategic business questions with measurable impact
- Applying advanced statistical methods to uncover insights from complex datasets
- Conducting A/B testing for product initiatives
- Creating decision frameworks and success metrics for key business initiatives
- Building proof-of-concept models and prototyping new analytical tools and features
- Partnering with leadership to translate business strategy into analytical roadmap
- Providing thought leadership on industry trends and emerging techniques in analytics and data science.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join our Analytics team at Adikteev if you :

- Possess expert knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python
- Have a proven track record of independently driving complex projects from conception to business impact
- Show strategic thinking and can connect analytical work to business outcomes
- Excel at communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

And if you bring any of the following, that's even better:

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience in AdTech
