Waste O&M Bid Manager H/F SUEZ

VOTRE MISSION

As O&M Bid Manager, you will join a team of talented individuals dedicated to developing Suez at an international level in recycling and recovery activities, with a particular focus on the Energy-from-Waste (EfW) business. You will report to the Business Excellence Director and support the development of international bids, especially within the EfW sector.

You will be responsible for matters related to the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of future plants, including:

- Contributing to preliminary feasibility studies to assess OPEX against client expectations.
- Defining O&M requirements to be considered by the constructor.
- Defining and costing equipment maintenance and lifecycle.
- Defining the plant's mass, energy, and water balances.
- Defining the plant organization chart, on-site health and safety conditions, and estimating human resources costs.
- Defining and costing residues and by-products handling, consumables, utilities, mobile plant and site vehicles, analyses, and regulatory inspections & controls.
- Defining performance guarantees linked to operations.
- Identifying risks and estimating penalties and/or contingencies related to O&M.
- Producing client deliverables related to O&M topics under the coordination of the Bid Production Lead.
- Responding to client requests for clarifications.
- Participating in clarification and negotiation meetings with the client.
- Leading and coordinating O&M technical workstreams and reporting to the Project Director.

VOTRE PROFIL

Experience

Higher education degree (engineering school or equivalent Master's degree). At least 15 years' experience in the waste infrastructure sector (ideally energy recovery), including positions in plant operations and positions in project or bid management.

Skills

- Knowledge of complex engineering waste & power facilities and their regulations

- Ability to evaluate and manage risks.

- Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

- Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills in English

Position open to remote working: Suez promotes a healthy work-life balance, and this position is open to remote working. International travel may be required depending on project and performance support needs.
