Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation: we help 200+ clients across 15 countries (Europe + North America) turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We launch campaigns fast, connect customer data with confidence, and generate sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We're looking for a freelance Traffic Manager to run and optimize paid campaigns for the UK market, with one obsession: performance (CPL, volume, lead quality, ROI).

Freelance mission - Full remote from Europe (±2h time difference with France).

Your missions

- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native (Taboola, Outbrain...).
- Own performance tracking: CPL, volume, lead quality, and keep a clear ROI mindset.
- Work closely with international teams (Account Management, Data, CRO, UX) to ensure smooth delivery end-to-end.
- Apply best practices, challenge setups, and propose advanced optimizations (structure, bidding, targeting, creatives/angles, landing flows).
- Produce clear, regular KPI reporting (what happened, why, what we do next).

Your profile

- 3+ years managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns (Search / Social / Native).
- Experience with the UK market and/or B2B environments.
- Strong command of Google Ads (and ideally Microsoft + Meta). Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain) are a plus.
- Comfortable in data-driven, lead-gen contexts (you like numbers, but you also like outcomes).
- Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented - you don't wait to be told where to look.
- Native English or high proficiency (international context, varied markets).
