Strategic Business Planning Manager H/F Younited Credit

Context
After becoming listed on Euronext Amsterdam / Paris in January 2025, Younited has been executing its strategic plan focused on resuming growth, shifting toward a balance-sheet model, scaling its Younited Pay segment, and sustainably delivering profitability. In addition, Younited completed the acquisition of Helios in July 2025 to strengthen its vision and broaden its banking product offering, with the ambition to become a fully digital consumer-centric bank.
In this context, Younited is looking to reinforce its Corporate Development & Strategy team.
The Corporate Development & Strategy team is in charge of defining strategic initiatives, building and monitoring the business plan with key stakeholders, preparing Board materials and discussions, managing equity investor relations, executing key capital and financing operations as well as identifying and executing potential M&A opportunities.
Within the Corporate Development & Strategy team, you will play a key role.
Your responsibilities
- Overseeing Younited's business planning process (N+2 to N+5), in close collaboration with FP&A in charge of budget planning (N+1)- Continuously maintaining and evolving the business plan model to reflect business developments (new countries, products, funding sources, accounting standards, etc.)- Supporting the definition of strategic guidelines for budget planning, in close collaboration with the FP&A team- Defining strategic action plans for relevant business units (Countries, Central teams) deriving from FP&A month-on-month monitoring / reporting to close performance gaps and strengthen our long-term trajectory- Providing insights and preparing materials for ExCo and Board, especially on financial performance- Conducting other relevant analyses: business trajectories / opportunities, accounting treatments, etc.About you
- Master's degree in Business School (in France or abroad)- 2 to 3 years of experience- Previous experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance advisory- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills required- Fluent in French & English spoken & written- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong attention to detail, rigorous and proactive
