What will your role be?

We are looking for a Field Engineer to perform the following activities:

- To ensure daily visibility and proactive follow-up on critical parts, production WIP, delivery commitments, and subcontractor logistics to support operational needs and secure planning reliability
- Identify part shortages at Customer and its suppliers
- Track availability and status of pacing items (piece parts) that block production
- Reduce the impact of part shortage
- Load & Capacity analysis to understand bottleneck and work out actions together with suppliers & delivery adherence
- Carry out actions to reduce the risk of raw material shortages
- Guarantee coverage of the raw material & forging needs

Le profil recherché

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management
- General knowledge of project management, production management and cross-functional management.
- More than 3 years' industrial experience
- Production Management (PIC/PDP; MRP2; CBN...)
- Continuous Improvement management (KAIZEN, DMAIC, Quality wall implementation, 8D animation, 5 why, Ishikawa, ...)
- Project management (APQP type) and collaborative work (cross-functional team)
- Knowledge of the Quality System (EN9100) and supply chain performance measurements (OTD, OQD, DV, BOAA, cf. QUALIFAS)

- Italian (Fluent)
