About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to join our Product team, based in Paris, reporting to Alexandre (Lead PM) in our Evaluations squad. Evaluations is Trustpair's core fraud engine: it verifies bank account ownership and flags risky vendors using data.
This role is highly data-driven. You'll regularly pull and analyze raw data yourself to size problems, validate hypotheses, measure success, and stay aligned with our KPIs and OKRs.
You'll help deliver the squad roadmap with a strong focus on operational execution, alongside some strategic contribution. Expect a product that's both technical and business-critical: you'll improve evaluation quality and customer understanding, and partner closely with Engineering, Data, Ops, and Revenue to ship measurable improvements.
Location: Paris, hybrid (approx. 1 day/week in office).
Compensation: 50k - 62k base
What you'll do:
Product Development & Execution
- Own and deliver medium-complexity features end-to-end (discovery delivery launch) in 1-3 month cycles
- Define hypotheses, validate them using customer feedback and business/product data
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog (1-3 months horizon), aligned with engineering capacity and constraints
- Write clear specs / exploration docs that engineering can build from, with success criteria and risks
- Execute on technical/data-heavy initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination
Data & Performance Management
- Define success metrics and track feature performance post-launch
- Analyze product data to identify optimization opportunities and guide iterations
- Use SQL to query databases and extract insights for decision-making
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering to scope technical feasibility, manage constraints, and ship
- Collaborate with other PMs to ensure coherence across the product
- Build strong relationships with Ops, Data, and Revenue
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
AI Experimentation
- Execute AI/ML product experiments with guidance from senior team members
What's in it for you
- A product with strong product-market fit, very low churn and global ambition
- Real ownership with room to propose initiatives and shape the roadmap
- A discovery + experimentation culture focused on measurable customer value
- At Trustpair, we see AI as a tool to save time, sharpen focus, and boost impact - whether you're already hands-on with AI or eager to learn, you'll join a team that values and encourages AI-driven ways of working
- A collaborative environment with a flat structure, where everyone's voice is heard
- Trustpair is in scaling phase with career opportunities in France and internationally
- Flexible remote policy
- A talented team with senior colleagues you can learn and work with
- Inclusive environment with cultural diversity and parity
