System And Network Administrator - Administrateur Systèmes H/F Infinite Orbits

1.System and Network Administration a. Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, user workstations, and associated services (e.g., file sharing, backups, antivirus, etc.).

- Manage local and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, or equivalent).
- Administer network infrastructure: switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VLANs, routing.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and usage; plan upgrades and capacity expansion.
- Maintain inventory and manage lifecycle of IT assets.

2. Security and Compliance Support a. Implement and enforce IT security best practices, access control, and patch management.

- Support the implementation of security policies under the supervision of the Information Security Lead
- Participate in incident response, security audits, and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain and monitor system logs and alerts (SIEM, firewall, antivirus).
- Contribute to compliance efforts (ISO 27001, CNES/ESA referentials, French LOS).

3. User Support and Documentation

- Provide Level 1/2 support to internal users on IT tools, software, hardware, and accounts.
- Onboard and offboard users with appropriate access provisioning and revocation.
- Draft and maintain IT procedures, guidelines, and system documentation.
- Participate in internal training sessions or awareness programs.
