As a Quality Coordinator, you ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes.

Key Responsibilities

EHS & Safety Leadership (in cooperation with our EHS Manager)

Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with EHS standards
Identify risks and implement safety improvements
Promote a clean and organized work environment (5S methodology)

Quality & Compliance

Oversee performance testing of textiles and ensure they are performed according to international and internal standards.
Review, validate and approve test results and ensure that visual evaluations are conducted according to defined standards, reference samples and customer specifications.
Manage laboratory equipment, including calibration, maintenance and verification
Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO and company standards.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Prepare and maintain audit reports and corrective action plans.

Process Improvement

Analyze quality data and production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead and collaborate with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
Prepare quality performance reports for management review.
Ensure timely updates of procedures and work instructions.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as a liaison between production, suppliers, and customers on quality matters.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Evaluate staff performance and support skill development.
