DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supplier Performance Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continual improvement activities with suppliers. This position entails monitoring supplier performance on a regular interval and conducting supplier audits as per the annual audit plan.Duties also include performing supplier process/product qualification and claim management by using quality tools to improve the supplier performance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Evaluate Supplier processes and qualify the product

- Manage Level 3 claims with suppliers

- Analyze Supplier performance on regular intervals

- Carryout product and process qualification at supplier as per Radiall standards

- Communicate Radiall quality requirements to suppliers

- Manage Supplier Risk Analysis

- Drive continual improvement activities with suppliers

- Not responsible for supervising others

- No fiscal responsibility
