About the Job

We are seeking Finance business partner to manage the financial operations at our Maisons-Alfort manufacturing site, which is currently in transition to Adragos Pharma ownership.

Mission and Key responsibilities

- Participation in the design of site financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments

- Lead annual budget process.
- Coordinate with all departments of the company with regards to cost, headcount and operational KPI`s;
- Prepare models for budgeting and build scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
- Present to Site leadership and Corporate Management.
- Coordinate internal controls and compliance controls for financial processes

- Maintain documentation and internal controls
- Support internal/external audits.
- Establishment of financial Forecasts and monitoring of variances

- Prepare quarterly detailed Forecasts with monthly update of outlook;
- Deliver variance analysis versus budget/forecast on Revenue, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX and identify rout causes and measurements with operations
- Calculation of production costs and control of CAPEX project costs

- Maintain standard costs (BOMs/routings), batch costing under GMP, and margin analysis.
- Monitor yield, scrap, and rework.
- Support preparation of CAPEX cases and control and report CAPEX of the company

About you

Required Qualifications

- Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in finance or equivalent, supplemented by continuing education in management
- Very good knowledge of French accounting standards: Strong command of French GAAP, tax basics, and statutory reporting and good knowledge in IFRS for group reporting purposes
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Proactive problemsolver, capable of building processes in a growing environment; comfortable driving change and partnering crossfunctionally.
- Good knowledge of English is essential, both spoken and written (level C1)
