The post-loss adjustment is the heart of the activity of the ADENES Group. The ADENES Group, as a global and multi-specialist actor, intervenes before, during and after the occurrence of the disaster to offer you the best possible support.
As part of the development of its activities, the ADENES Group, is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer.
You will join a team of field professionals, supported by operational teams. Your passion for client relations and human interaction will be key to your success.
You are dedicated to supporting policyholders in resolving their claims while maintaining positive relationships that ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Innovation & IT Projects Department, within the Group's IT division, your role is to ensure that the projects you lead meet the needs and challenges of the business units and deliver the added value expected by the company.
Your missions:
- Achieve project goals by respecting quality, deadlines, and technical choices defined by the IT department.
- Participate in daily operations (RUN).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Follow the testing practices established by management.
- Create or maintain project documentation.
- Apply the methodology implemented by the department.
Within the IT department, we implement the AGILE methodology using SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks. Our production and work environment is fully Microsoft-based, utilizing Azure DevOps and Azure Functions.

Le profil recherché
With an Engineering degree in Computer Science, you have a few successful experiences in a Developer role, with a proven track record of accomplishments.
Result-oriented, you are recognized for your precision and enthusiasm.
You know how to listen and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
During your on-boarding, you will benefit from a training period that combines practical and theoretical phases, allowing you to better understand the specifics of our business.
You are fluent in English.
Gross annual salary, based on profile and experience : 40-45K€ (including 13th and 14th-month payments).
