International Legal Intern M H/F Ekkiden

The role : International Legal Intern (M/F/X)

Your Responsibilities:

- Support the Legal Department on a broad range of legal matters, in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain, France, Switzerland and Germany
- Assist in the review and verification of legal documentation provided by subcontractors
- Draft and renew subcontracting agreements, as well as update our internal databases
- Contribute to the drafting, updating and management of internal legal policies under supervision
- Assist with legal research on various topics in order to support other departments
- Support the Legal Department in the implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance
- Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Group's CSR action plan
- Assist in the translation and harmonization of legal documents (agreements, internal legal policies) in several languages

What we are looking for:

- A final-year Master's student in Law
- A motivated, proactive and reliable individual with a strong interest in business law and international environments
- Fluency in both English and French is required; Spanish and/or German would be a plus
- Someone eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding international environment
- A well-organized and detail-oriented profile, with strong analytical and communication skills
- The ability to interact effectively with external partners
- Solid academic foundations in several legal areas (e.g. Commercial and Corporate law, Employment/Labor law, data protection and privacy)
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
